Cómo funciona el pago de la inscripción

Una vez que te has inscrito en una competición, existen dos posibles formas de pago, dependiendo de la configuración del organizador:

1. Pago mediante transferencia bancaria
2. Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito online

No todas las competiciones tienen activado el pago online. Algunas competiciones solo permiten el pago mediante transferencia bancaria.

Pago mediante transferencia bancaria

Una vez que completes tu inscripción, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación.

Si la competición no tiene activado el pago con tarjeta, deberás buscar la hoja informativa de la competición.

En esa hoja encontrarás:

• El número de cuenta bancaria del organizador
• El precio de cada categoría en la que te has inscrito

Debes realizar una transferencia bancaria al número de cuenta indicado.

Es muy importante que en el concepto de la transferencia pongas el nombre de uno de los competidores que van a participar en la competición.

Esto permite al organizador identificar correctamente tu pago.

Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito

Algunas competiciones tienen activado el pago online con tarjeta de crédito.

En este caso, una vez que completes el registro, el sistema te llevará automáticamente a la plataforma de pago.

El sistema calculará automáticamente el importe total de las categorías en las que te has inscrito y podrás realizar el pago directamente con tu tarjeta.

Una vez realizado el pago, tu inscripción quedará confirmada inmediatamente.

Importante sobre los precios

Muchas competiciones utilizan precios por tramos de tiempo.

Esto significa que:

• Cuanto antes te inscribes y pagas, más económico será.
• Cuanto más tarde realizas el pago, más caro puede ser.

Por esta razón, es muy recomendable realizar el pago el mismo día en que realizas la inscripción, para evitar costes adicionales.

Estado del pago

Una vez realizado el pago, el estado se reflejará en la lista de inicio o lista de participantes.

• Billete verde: el pago ha sido confirmado.
• Billete rojo: el pago todavía no ha sido confirmado.

Si el pago se realiza mediante tarjeta de crédito, el billete aparecerá normalmente verde de forma inmediata.

Si el pago se realiza mediante transferencia bancaria, el billete permanecerá rojo hasta que el organizador confirme que ha recibido el pago.

Es importante saber que el equipo de escrutinio no gestiona los pagos de las competiciones.

Si tienes cualquier duda sobre pagos, transferencias o precios, debes contactar directamente con el organizador de la competición.

El correo electrónico del organizador se encuentra siempre en la hoja informativa de la competición.

How competition payments work

After registering for a competition, there are two possible payment methods, depending on the organiser:

1. Bank transfer
2. Online credit card payment

Not all competitions have online payments activated. Some competitions only allow payment by bank transfer.

Payment by bank transfer

Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

If the competition does not have credit card payment activated, you must check the competition information sheet.

In this document you will find:

• The organiser’s bank account number
• The price of each category you registered for

You must send a bank transfer to the organiser’s account.

It is very important that in the transfer description you include the name of one of the competitors participating in the competition.

This allows the organiser to identify your payment correctly.

Payment by credit card

Some competitions have online credit card payment activated.

In this case, once you complete the registration, the system will automatically take you to the online payment platform.

The system will calculate the total price of the categories you registered for and you will be able to pay directly with your credit card.

Once the payment is completed, your registration will be confirmed immediately.

Important information about prices

Many competitions use time-based pricing.

This means that:

• The earlier you register and pay, the cheaper the price.
• The later you pay, the more expensive it may become.

For this reason, it is strongly recommended to complete the payment on the same day you register in order to avoid additional costs.

Payment status

After the payment is completed, the status will appear in the start list or participants list.

• Green ticket: payment confirmed.
• Red ticket: payment not yet confirmed.

If payment is made by credit card, the ticket usually becomes green immediately.

If payment is made by bank transfer, the ticket will remain red until the organiser confirms that the payment has been received.

Please note that the scrutineering team does not manage payments for competitions.

If you have any questions regarding payments, transfers or prices, you must contact the competition organiser directly.
