Qué debes entender primero

En este apartado es muy importante entender que existen dos fases diferentes:

1. La inscripción a la competición
2. El check-in online de la competición

Son dos pasos distintos. Haber hecho la inscripción no significa que ya estés listo para bailar. Igual que en un billete de avión, primero haces la reserva y después haces el check-in.

En la competición pasa exactamente lo mismo:

• Primero haces la inscripción.
• Después debes hacer el check-in online.

El check-in online puedes hacerlo de dos maneras:

1. Tú mismo, desde el enlace que llega en el mail de confirmación de MARX.
2. O en la mesa de dorsales, donde la organización puede hacerlo por ti.

Lo importante es que el check-in se haga 100%. Si no se hace ni de una forma ni de la otra, no se permitirá bailar.

Cómo hacer el check-in online

Una vez entendido esto, vamos al mail de confirmación que recibiste al hacer tu inscripción.

En ese correo encontrarás un apartado donde pone:

“Está disponible el auto-registro online. El participante puede imprimir su número de inicio dos días antes de la competición y registrarse online el día de la competición.”

Esto quiere decir que, unas horas antes de que empiece la competición, puedes entrar en ese mail y hacer el registro online, tal y como te mostramos en el vídeo explicativo adjunto en esta página.

Haz clic en el enlace que aparece en ese correo. Ese enlace te llevará al apartado del registro.

Billete verde o billete rojo

El registro solo se puede hacer si el billete que aparece a la derecha de la categoría que vas a bailar está en verde.

• Billete verde: puedes hacer el check-in online y confirmar que vas a bailar.
• Billete rojo: no puedes hacer el registro todavía, porque la inscripción no está pagada o debe resolverse en la mesa de dorsales.

Si el billete aparece en rojo, deberás realizar el pago, normalmente con el posible recargo correspondiente, en la mesa de dorsales.

Botones que encontrarás

En el enlace que se abre verás dos botones principales:

1. Botón rojo: Renunciar
   Si no vas a bailar en la competición o no vas a bailar una de las modalidades, pulsa este botón.
2. Botón verde: Registro
   Este botón solo puede pulsarse si el billete está en verde. Al pulsarlo, confirmas que sí vas a bailar el día de la competición.

Más abajo encontrarás también el botón:

Imprimir número de inicio

Desde ahí podrás descargar e imprimir tu dorsal. Debe imprimirse en las medidas reglamentarias.

Importante

Cuando haces este proceso, ya queda confirmada tu asistencia y realizado el check-in para poder bailar.

Recuerda:

• Lo puedes hacer tú mismo.
• O lo puede hacer la persona de la mesa de dorsales.

Pero si ninguno de los dos hace el check-in, no se permitirá bailar en la competición.

What you need to understand first

In this section, it is very important to understand that there are two different phases:

1. Competition registration
2. Online competition check-in

These are two different steps. Completing the registration does not mean that you are already ready to dance. Just like with an airline ticket, first you make the booking and then you complete the check-in.

The same happens in the competition:

• First, you complete the registration.
• Then, you must complete the online check-in.

The online check-in can be done in two ways:

1. By yourself, through the link received in the MARX confirmation email.
2. Or at the number desk, where the organisation can do it for you.

The important thing is that the check-in must be completed 100%. If it is not done one way or the other, you will not be allowed to dance.

How to complete the online check-in

Once you understand this, go to the confirmation email you received after registering.

In that email you will find a section that says:

“Online self check-in is available. The participant can print the start number two days before the competition and complete the online check-in on the day of the competition.”

This means that a few hours before the competition starts, you can open that email and complete the online check-in, exactly as shown in the explanatory video included on this page.

Click on the link shown in that email. This link will take you to the check-in section.

Green ticket or red ticket

The check-in can only be completed if the ticket shown on the right side of the category you are going to dance is green.

• Green ticket: you can complete the online check-in and confirm that you are going to dance.
• Red ticket: you cannot complete the check-in yet because the registration has not been paid or it must be solved at the number desk.

If the ticket is red, you must make the payment, usually with the corresponding extra charge, at the number desk.

Buttons you will find

In the link that opens, you will see two main buttons:

1. Red button: Withdraw
   If you are not going to dance in the competition or you do not want to dance one of the modalities, press this button.
2. Green button: Check-in / Register
   This button can only be pressed if the ticket is green. By pressing it, you confirm that you are going to dance on the day of the competition.

Below, you will also find the button:

Print start number

From there, you can download and print your number bib. It must be printed in the official required size.

Important

Once you complete this process, your attendance is confirmed and the check-in is completed, so you are allowed to dance.

Remember:

• You can do it yourself.
• Or the person at the number desk can do it for you.

But if neither of you completes the check-in, you will not be allowed to dance in the competition.
