Cómo imprimir el dorsal

Para imprimir tu dorsal, tienes que ir al correo electrónico que te ha enviado el sistema desde la dirección reg@motionbit.co. Si no lo encuentras, por favor búscalo en la carpeta de spam o correo no deseado.

En ese correo encontrarás un enlace de registro online. Al abrirlo, podrás ver el estado de tu registro en la competición.

Si todavía no has realizado el check-in, puedes consultar primero el apartado: Auto-registro online / Online self check-in.

Billete verde, pago e impresión

Dentro de esta página verás tus datos y, a la derecha, un billete que puede estar en verde o en rojo.

• Billete verde: significa que tu pago está confirmado y podrás continuar.
• Billete rojo: significa que no has realizado el pago o que el organizador todavía no ha confirmado que ha recibido el dinero.

Si el billete está en rojo, no podrás imprimir tu dorsal.

En ese caso, revisa el apartado: Pagos de la competición.

Si ya has pagado pero el estado sigue sin actualizarse, por favor contacta con el organizador de la competición, no con el escrutinio.

Si tienes que corregir alguna categoría antes, puedes revisar: Modificar su inscripción / How to modify your registration.

Un poco más abajo encontrarás un botón azul que pone Imprimir número de inicio. Ese es el botón para descargar e imprimir tu dorsal.

Este dorsal estará disponible normalmente dos días antes de que empiece la competición.

Es muy importante imprimirlo en las medidas correctas. Normalmente será en formato DIN A5, tal y como lo genera el sistema.

Cómo imprimirlo correctamente

Una vez hagas clic en el botón azul de imprimir el número, el sistema descargará automáticamente tu dorsal.

Debes imprimirlo en papel blanco y respetar exactamente el formato que genera el sistema.

Si el dorsal incluye algún logo de la competición, no puedes recortarlo ni hacerlo más pequeño, ya que esto podría ser sancionable.

El dorsal debe mantenerse exactamente con la medida original con la que ha sido generado.

¿Por qué deberías imprimir tu dorsal?

Si imprimes tu dorsal con antelación, no tendrás que hacer cola en la entrada o en la mesa de dorsales cuando llegues a la competición.

Podrás llevarlo ya preparado en tu frac, en tu vestido o tenerlo listo para colocarlo correctamente antes de empezar.

Esto también ayuda a que no se rompa durante la competición y te permite tener más tiempo para calentar, prepararte y concentrarte, sin preocuparte por recoger el dorsal a última hora.

Recuerda: si el pago no está confirmado y el billete no está en verde, no podrás imprimir tu dorsal.

How to print your start number

To print your start number, go to the email sent by the system from reg@motionbit.co. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

In that email you will find an online registration link. When you open it, you will be able to see the status of your competition registration.

If you have not completed the check-in yet, please first check: Auto-registro online / Online self check-in.

Green ticket, payment and printing

On this page you will see your details and, on the right side, a ticket that may appear in green or red.

• Green ticket: your payment has been confirmed and you may continue.
• Red ticket: your payment has not been completed or the organiser has not yet confirmed receiving the money.

If the ticket is red, you will not be able to print your start number.

In that case, please check: Competition payments.

If you have already paid but the status has not changed, please contact the competition organiser, not the scrutineering team.

A little further down you will find a blue button called Print start number. This is the button used to download and print your start number.

This number is usually available two days before the competition starts.

It is very important to print it in the correct size. Usually it will be generated in DIN A5 format.

How to print it correctly

Once you click the blue print button, the system will automatically download your start number.

You must print it on white paper and keep exactly the same format generated by the system.

If the start number includes any competition logo, you must not cut it or make it smaller, as this may be sanctionable.

The start number must remain exactly in the original size generated by the system.

Why should you print your start number?

If you print your start number in advance, you will not need to queue at the entrance or at the number desk when you arrive at the competition.

You can already have it prepared on your tail suit, your dress, or ready to be attached correctly before the event starts.

This also helps prevent it from breaking during the competition and gives you more time to warm up, prepare and focus, instead of worrying about collecting the number at the last minute.

Remember: if the payment is not confirmed and the ticket is not green, you will not be able to print your start number.
